What to Expect in your session
Your VO₂ max assessment will take place in a controlled environment using professional-grade equipment. We’ll start with a brief consultation to review your goals, training history, and any health considerations. You’ll then perform a graded exercise test—typically on a treadmill or stationary bike—while wearing a mask connected to a metabolic analyzer that measures your oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide output. The test gradually increases in intensity until you reach your maximum effort. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper scheduling and preparation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting the session. This policy helps us respect everyone's time and provide the best experience possible.
