What to Expect in your session

Each 60-minute session begins with a quick consultation and dynamic warm-up, followed by a fully customized workout based on your selected focus. Your trainer will guide you through every rep with expert instruction, motivation, and proper form cues. We’ll finish with a cool-down and recovery tips to help you stay on track after your session.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper scheduling and preparation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting the session. This policy helps us respect everyone's time and provide the best experience possible.
