Each session allows you to choose a selected focus area—Lower Body, Upper Body, Full Body, Cardio, HIIT, or Calisthenics.

What to Expect in your session

Each 60-minute session begins with a quick consultation and dynamic warm-up, followed by a fully customized workout based on your selected focus. Your trainer will adjust the workout intensity to match your preference and fitness level.

Booking Process

Pick a workout focus area → Pick a location → Choose date & time → Confirm payment → Wait for trainer approval. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper scheduling and preparation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting the session. This policy helps us respect everyone's time and provide the best experience possible.
